Mottram Installation Group recognises its responsibility to protect the environment and is committed to conducting all activities in a way that minimises environmental impact. As a leading provider of broadcast, data, fibre, and security infrastructure solutions, we operate across a wide range of technical and construction-based environments and take a proactive approach to environmental management and sustainability.

We comply with all relevant environmental legislation, regulations, and codes of practice, and seek to align our operations with the principles of ISO 14001: Environmental Management Systems. Our goal is to reduce waste, prevent pollution, and promote efficient use of resources across all areas of our business.

• Prevent pollution and minimise waste through efficient design, planning, and installation practices.
• Reuse and recycle materials wherever possible, particularly cabling, metals, packaging, and plastics.
• Ensure proper disposal of waste through licensed and environmentally responsible contractors.
• Reduce energy consumption and fuel use through smart logistics, modern fleet management, and efficient working practices.
• Source sustainable and environmentally responsible materials and suppliers.
• Encourage staff and subcontractors to adopt environmentally conscious behaviour both on-site and in the office.
• Review and improve our environmental performance on an ongoing basis.

Environmental considerations are built into every stage of our projects — from planning through to completion. All employees and subcontractors are expected to take reasonable care to avoid environmental harm and follow company procedures for waste segregation, recycling, and pollution prevention.

We actively promote a culture of sustainability through regular communication, training, and review. Management will ensure sufficient resources are made available to maintain this commitment and deliver continual improvement.

This policy will be reviewed annually by the Managing Director to ensure its ongoing relevance and effectiveness in line with operational growth, legislative change, and industry best practice.
