All assemblies are constructed in our Essex prefabrication facility, equipped with a custom precision trough system for high-volume cable pulling. This allows us to manage complex looms and multi-core assemblies with exceptional consistency and minimal stress on the cable infrastructure.
Our workshop includes specialist soldering and termination areas, where experienced technicians carry out fine-pitch, broadcast-grade, and custom connector work. Each assembly is inspected, labelled, and electrically tested prior to shipment to ensure plug-and-play installation on site.
Prefabrication reduces site congestion, shortens programme durations, and eliminates the need for prolonged on-site wiring under time or access constraints. It also improves quality control, as all connections and terminations are completed in a clean, well-lit environment with calibrated equipment.
By manufacturing assemblies off-site, we can deliver fully tested, labelled systems directly to site, ready for installation and commissioning. This minimises downtime, simplifies logistics, and significantly lowers overall project cost.
