Iain heads operations at Mottram Installation Group and ensures that every project is executed with precision, coordination and accountability. His role covers oversight of site activities, quality control, logistics and client liaison for technical installation programmes. Iain’s hands-on experience in installation services positions him as the bridge between planning and on-site execution, enabling seamless delivery from mobilisation to handover.

Charlie brings to the team many years of experience in sales with a special focus on technical solutions across the UK and the Middle East. His unique edge lies in his practical wiring background, which means he can engage with clients not only from a commercial standpoint but also from a technical-knowhow perspective. Charlie is well placed to answer in-depth questions, help define project scopes and support clients in finding the right solution for their needs.

Sharon leads the administration side of Mottram Installation Group, bringing extensive expertise in bookkeeping, business operations and office management. Before joining the company she successfully ran her own business, giving her a solid understanding of workflow optimisation, document control and client-focused support. Her role ensures every administrative process is organised, efficient and responsive.
